I just received the news that one of my coworkers passed away of a heart attack over the weekend. I won’t sit here and say that we were best friends, but she was an absolute treat to work with. She is a Christian so there is some solace in knowing the next thing she will see is Jesus, but she was only in her 30s - far too young to die.

Her name is Valerie - please join me in a brief prayer that the Lord will comfort her family and provide for them in this time of loss.
